Return & Refund

We want you to feel confident when shopping with Yuvira Wellness. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Returns Eligibility

You can return products within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice).

  • The product is not exempt (see Section 4).

2. How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at info@yuvirawellness.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide return instructions and the return address.

  3. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

Important: We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return without proof of delivery.

3. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We’ll offer a replacement, refund, or store credit—no hassle.

Please include:

  • A photo of the item

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

4. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on the following:

  • Opened or used products

  • Perishable items (e.g., if a product seal is broken)

  • Gift cards or promotional items

  • Products returned after 14 days

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable

6. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return your item and place a new order.

7. Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it is shipped. Once dispatched, our standard return process applies.
