1. Where We Ship

We currently ship to:

  • United Kingdom (Mainland)

  • Selected International Locations (coming soon — stay tuned)

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday), excluding bank holidays.

Note: During peak periods, sales, or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

5. Missed Delivery / Delays

If no one is available at the time of delivery, a redelivery attempt or collection option may be arranged by the courier. Delays due to weather, customs, or courier issues are beyond our control, but we’re always here to assist.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your parcel is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it:

  • Check with neighbours or your local delivery office

  • Contact us at info@yuvirawellness.com and we’ll help investigate

We are not liable for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered, but we’ll always try to support you where possible.

7. Address Errors

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate. Orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delays or returns. We cannot reship without additional shipping charges in such cases.
